What is Circling?
Circling is a powerful relational practice rooted in present-moment awareness, similar to T-groups. Each week, one participant explores their inner world and current experiences, while receiving authentic, compassionate reflections from the group.
Who is This For?
This group is for anyone seeking deeper emotional presence, relational insight, and community connection. Ideal for individuals ready to explore vulnerability, authentic feedback, and mindful relating.
Details:
Location: 6690 W 38th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO
Start Date: September 16, 2025
Duration: 8–10 weeks (based on group size)
Session Length: 6:30pm-8pm (1.5 hours per session)
Group Size: 6–8 participants
Cost: $50 per session (not covered by insurance)
Includes: Light snacks and drinks each week
Week 1: Introduction & Container Setting
Opening meditation (5 min): Grounding breath-work
Facilitator intro (10 min): What circling is, expectations, safety, confidentiality, trauma sensitivity
Group agreements (10 min): Consent, pacing, curiosity, honesty, self-responsibility
Relational warm-up exercise (15 min):
Paired eye contact (2 min each), share what you see (1 min each)
Whole group share (30 min):
Initial check-in round (2–3 min each)
Closing ritual (5 min): 1-word check-out

Week 1 – Introduction & Agreements
Core Weeks– Core Circling Sessions (one member per session)
Final Week – Conclusion & Integration
Core Sessions:
Each session focuses on one participant. Structure (90 minutes)
1. Opening presence practice (5 min)
2. Spotlight introduction (2 min)
3. Solo expression (10–15 min)
4. Silent eye contact with group (3–5 min)
5. Verbal reflections (20 min)
6. Responsive circling (30 min)
7. Integration for focus person (10 min)
8. Group closing (5 min)
Final Week: Conclusion & Integration

Group coherence breath or silent eye contact
Group sharing (30 min)
Reflections, appreciations, what’s being taken away
Mini-pair dyads (20 min)
Reflect on individual relationships
Closing ritual (30 min)
Final reflections, group mirror round, symbolic closure (poem or candle)
